We’re seeking a General Operative to support work on-site at Sellafield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right site cards and safety awareness who wants a stable role with competitive pay under CIJC terms. Salary £13.18 per hour (CIJC) Location and Working

Pattern

Sellafield – 5-day working week (on-site) 

Client Overview

Our client is a leading contractor in the nuclear sector, providing skilled labour and support services to maintain and develop essential UK energy infrastructure. 

Responsibilities

• Assist with general site operations and manual tasks
• Move and handle materials safely following site procedures
• Support skilled trades on routine and ad-hoc activities
• Maintain site cleanliness and comply with housekeeping standards
• Follow all health, safety and environmental guidelines
• Carry out instructions from supervisors promptly and efficiently

 

Must-have Requirements

• CSCS Green Labourer Card
• IOSH Working Safely certification
• Ability to work in a team and follow site safety rules

 

Nice-to-have Skills

• Previous experience in industrial or construction settings
• Familiarity with CIJC sites and working practices
