Keen to help women across the region, in 2025 they launched NRL’s She Leads mentor training programme, in collaboration with in-Cumbria. Through the 12-month programme business leaders provide mentoring advice and support to help mentees progress in their careers and achieve their goals. In its first year, participants achieved job promotions, secured new roles and grew their small businesses through the confidence they gained working with their mentors.
