Catterick Integrated Care Campus

The new state-of-the-art health and care campus at Catterick Garrison is a joint venture between the Ministry of Defence and NHS that will transform healthcare.

What is the Catterick Integrated Care Campus?

The new campus is being constructed by Tilbury Douglas and plans to integrate health and care facilities in the region that both military and civilian residents can benefit from. The flagship project has been designed to address the medical needs of those living in the Catterick, North Yorkshire and wider Richmondshire areas, providing shared facilities through a state-of-the-art purpose built new campus.

As well being forward thinking in how health and care services will be delivered in the new facility, the building has also been designed to be sustainable. Energy conservation initiatives include roof solar panels, low energy lighting, air source heat pumps, intelligent building management systems and electric vehicle charging points.

Construction of the new £55m campus is now under construction, providing fantastic job opportunities for skilled workers to get involved in this innovative project.

Supporting the Armed Forces

The Catterick Integrated Care Campus is the first of its kind, as the Ministry of Defence collaborate with the NHS. It’s a significant project that will benefit military and public families, including veterans.

We’re proud to be an Armed Forces friendly employer, and work with organisations such as the Career Transition Partnership, who provide employment and resettlement services to service personnel departing the military. In 2024 we were delighted to receive the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme Silver Award for the recruitment support we provide the Armed Forces community, and we welcome applications from veterans, reservists and military family members who are interested in working on the Catterick Integrated Care Facility project.

Working with our Teesside team

“This is the first time I've ever had to work through an agency and NRL made it so easy to switch over when signing up to them. Very helpful staff that are all polite. Recommend using them.”
