Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate mitigating actions.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare formal reports.
• Ensure operational compliance with HSE legislation and internal protocols.
• Deliver HSE-related induction and ongoing training sessions.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and audit documentation.
• Support internal audits and inspections to drive continuous improvement.

Must-have Requirements

• Previous experience in a health, safety and environment role.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Professional HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
• Relevant sector experience in oilfield or energy services.
