Contract Surveyor

We’re seeking an experienced Contract Surveyor to join a major construction development in South East England.

Client Overview
Our client is a leading construction contractor, recognised for delivering technically demanding projects across a variety of sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly valuations in line with project requirements
• Support day-to-day commercial activities for the project team
• Assist with the processing and management of tender packages
• Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Develop a thorough understanding of financial and contractual strategies to ensure successful project delivery

Must-have Requirements

• Relevant third-level degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with a main contractor
• Strong background in construction or civil engineering projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in IT systems and software
