Hazem Ayoub is the Area Manager at NRL’s Cairo branch, specialising in international recruitment and business development across the energy, engineering, and technical sectors in the Middle East and North Africa. He works closely with clients - including owner-operators and EPC contractors, and candidates to identify project requirements and match them with the right talent. With in-country compliance expertise, Hazem delivers bespoke solutions in collaboration with NRL’s local in-countries partners, ensuring that both client and applicant expectations are fully met. With extensive regional experience, Hazem is an active member of the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Egypt (CCIFE). Known for his strategic thinking and commitment to building strong relationships, he is a trusted partner for organisations seeking specialist expertise within the energy and engineering industries. Hazem holds a BSc Degree in Commerce and an MBA from the University of Dauphine & Sorbonne, Paris, France. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
