With over 23 years’ experience in global workforce solutions, Will plays a pivotal role in the growth and delivery of NRL’s international business, providing scalable solutions across multiple jurisdictions. Since joining NRL in 2015, Will has helped shape a solutions-led international function that enables clients to operate confidently across borders, including in complex and highly regulated environments. He specialises in bespoke delivery models, including Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) solutions, cross-border mobilisation, payroll and tax compliance, workforce financing, and programme delivery for large-scale projects such as NRL’s Major Component Upgrade (MCU) wind operations. Will’s approach combines regulatory rigour with practical execution, ensuring tax, social security, immigration, and employment obligations are met while projects maintain momentum and certainty of delivery. He works closely with clients, legal advisors, and internal delivery teams to translate regulatory complexity into commercially viable solutions. A key contributor to NRL’s global expansion, Will has established local entities and partner networks in new territories, embedding robust governance across compliance, invoicing, and treasury. Recognised for his solution-first, partnership-led mindset, he focuses on removing barriers to international delivery and designing frameworks which help clients enter new markets, manage risk, and achieve sustainable growth within the energy and advanced engineering sectors.
