Matt Lynas

Matt Lynas is a Resourcer at NRL Recruitment’s Heysham branch, specialising in supporting recruitment activity across the nuclear and conventional power sectors. In his role, Matt plays a key part in the early stages of the recruitment process, helping to identify, engage and qualify skilled professionals to meet client workforce needs. 

Working closely with consultants and clients, he ensures robust candidate pipelines are created for both permanent and contract opportunities, enabling the Heysham team to deliver responsive, high-quality staffing solutions.
