He joined NRL in 1997 to establish the Wigan branch, bringing expertise in supporting complex engineering projects and industrial relations within the Engineering Construction industry. Greg oversees NRL’s NAECI services, supporting major accounts across the nuclear and power generation sectors. His leadership has been instrumental in developing NRL’s capabilities in conventional power and renewables, ensuring the Group remains a trusted partner for clients navigating large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. As a member of the NRL Group Executive, Greg contributes to strategic planning and operational governance, helping shape the Group’s long-term direction. Based in Wigan, he continues to work closely with clients and teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet the evolving demands of the engineering sector.
