David Redmayne

David Redmayne is the Chief Executive Officer of NRL Group, leading the organisation’s strategic direction and commercial performance. Since stepping into the CEO role in 2019, David has championed a culture of inclusion, innovation, and sustainable growth across the Group’s recruitment and technical services divisions. With a background in Physics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, David brings a unique analytical and commercial perspective to leadership. His journey with NRL began in 2013, progressing through senior operational roles including Chief Operating Officer, before taking the helm as CEO. Under David’s leadership, NRL has expanded its footprint both in the UK and internationally, while remaining committed to delivering social value, investing in learning and development, and embedding technology at the heart of its solutions. With a strong focus on technology investment and the responsible adoption of AI across the Group, David continues to support clients with agile, future-ready services. His focus on long-term partnerships and ethical business practices continues to shape NRL’s reputation as a trusted industry leader. David is based in Woking, Surrey, and regularly collaborates with teams across the UK to ensure NRL’s values are embedded in every aspect of the business.
