With a strong background in commercial recruitment and a CertRP accreditation, he is passionate about delivering tailored workforce solutions for clients in engineering and technical sectors. Beyond operational leadership, Daniel is a driving force behind NRL Recruitment’s internal development programmes, working closely with APSCo to design and implement leadership and training pathways that empower employees at every level.
