Ben Humpage is the Chief Financial Officer of NRL Group, joining the Board in 2015. A CIMA-qualified accountant, Ben brings extensive experience from senior finance roles in the retail and hospitality sectors, where he successfully led both turnaround and growth initiatives. At NRL, Ben plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s strategic direction, ensuring financial resilience and operational compliance. As Chair of the Compliance Panel, he oversees adherence to industry legislation and best practices across both Finance and HR functions. His leadership supports NRL’s continued growth and its commitment to delivering high-quality services across it’s sectors. Ben is also actively involved in the governance of several associated companies within the Group. Based at NRL’s support office in Wigan, he works closely with the executive team to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term value for clients and stakeholders.
