Senior Project Manager (Delivery Lead)

Location: Groningen, Netherlands

Project: Data Centre

Role Purpose Lead and deliver responsibilities for Senior Project Manager (Delivery Lead) in a multi-storey data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site delivery team and manage day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement project execution plans and delivery strategies
• Coordinate CSA, MEP, and specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration
• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules; report to Project Director and client
• Drive health, safety, and environmental compliance across all site activities
• Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary delivery point of contact
• Oversee commissioning and handover processes

Requirements

• Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
• EU nationality (work permit compliance)
• Strong technical and leadership skills

Education Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
