Project: Data Centre


Role Purpose
Lead and deliver responsibilities for Project Director in a multi-storey data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the full project lifecycle from planning to commissioning and handover

· Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with client objectives

· Manage senior project team members, including PMs, commercial managers, and technical leads

· Oversee budget control, risk management, and contractual compliance

· Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across the site

· Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery


Requirements

• Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
• EU nationality (work permit compliance)
• Strong technical and leadership skills

Education
Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
