Principal Electrical Engineer

Principal Electrical Engineer :-

Project – Aramco – Shaybah.

Duration – year

Location - Leatherhead offices 5 days a week.

This role is inside IR35 and any successful candidate must be engaged via the PAYE route only.
The base rate to the worker excluding holiday pay and pension contribution is £50.00 per hour and the role requires the successful candidate to attend the Leatherhead offices 5 days a week which is non negotiable. The role is anticipated to be 12 months plus in duration.

We require a Principal Electrical Engineer to work within our client’s team on an LNG FEED project 
Candidates ideally with Aramco experience would be preferable but not essential. Typically the required competency and skills would have been built up over a 12 year period working for a consultant engineering company, machinery manufacturer, or end user company.


Candidate requirements are:

• Strong gas processing or LNG experience.
• Conceptual, pre-FEED, study or FEED experience.
• Principal Electrical Engineer with demonstrable experience of designing electrical systems for voltages up to 132kV including overhead lines, reactive power compensation etc for various energy transition projects in FEED and / or EPC. Their experience shall include designs for 132kV electrical distribution systems, interfacing with grid company, protection requirements and brownfield modifications.
• Knowledge should include Aramco Standards and Grid Code requirements.
