COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Role Purpose Lead and deliver responsibilities for Commercial Manager in a multi-storey data centre construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
• Manage procurement strategy and subcontractor negotiations
• Administer contracts (FIDIC/NEC or similar) and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with EU construction and commercial standards
• Prepare monthly commercial reports for senior leadership
• Mitigate financial risks and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and legal teams

Requirements

• Relevant experience in data centre or mission-critical projects
• EU nationality (work permit compliance)
• Strong technical and leadership skills

Education

• Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
